The Palmyrah Research Institute (PRI), under the Palmyrah Development Board (PDB), successfully conducted its Research Management Committee (RMC) meeting on March 4, 2026, at the PRI Board Room.

Held from 2:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., the session brought together committee members to review key developments across multiple research and operational areas. Discussions focused on ongoing research activities, laboratory advancements, commercialization efforts, and progress in intellectual property initiatives.

Significant attention was given to innovations in food product research, advancements in packaging technologies, and the development of IBL cell formulations. The committee also explored opportunities to strengthen collaboration with universities, aiming to enhance research impact and knowledge exchange.

During the meeting, the Chairperson proposed the publication of a comprehensive book documenting past research achievements of the institute. Additionally, members suggested organizing awareness workshops to promote research outcomes and engage wider stakeholders.
