As part of the Palmyrah seed planting program carried out through the Palmyrah Development Board under the Ministry of Plantation and Community Infrastructure Facilities, equipment was distributed to beneficiaries to further strengthen and promote the palmyrah-based cottage industry.
The event was attended by Deputy Minister Sundaralingam Pradeep, Jaffna District Member of Parliament Dr.S.Bhavanandarajah, Palmyrah Development Board Chairman R. Raveenthiran, President of the Northern Province Exporters’ Federation Mr.Sukandan, along with Several government officials and Staffs participants.
